About the role

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations for the company or project accounts. This includes preparing monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and petty cash reimbursements

• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques

• Ensure timely payment to suppliers and subcontractors

• Assist in preparing for audits

• Liaise with auditors and tax agents

• Submit SST, PCB, and other statutory filings

• Maintain proper filing of all financial documents for audit and compliance purposes
