- To do subcontractor payment certificate.

- Checking material specification order and delivery date.

- To do payment claims as instructed by the supervisor.

- Preparation and submission of tender and contract documents.

- Progress valuation, payment certificate and variation order.

- To do contract administration and procurement work.

Job Specification:

- Cost Control & Monitoring

Requirements:

- Team player with Positive Thinking.

- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

- At least 2-3 years working experience in construction.

- Initiative, hardworking and able to work in a team.

- Good command of MS Excel, word etc.

- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Open for "Contract for Services" (Starting Salary: RM4,000.00) .
