Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Wireman to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and systems. The successful candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, cables, switches, sockets, lighting, and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Perform electrical testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and rectify electrical faults and wiring problems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Use electrical tools, testing equipment, and measuring instruments safely and correctly.
• Maintain proper records of electrical work, inspections, and repairs.
• Assist with electrical installation and maintenance projects as required.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Certificate, diploma, or relevant qualification in Electrical/Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Relevant experience as a Wireman, Electrician, or Electrical Technician.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
• Able to use electrical testing instruments and hand tools.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in different working environments when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, or on weekends when required.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
