Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to support market research, develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and manage social media content. This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and event partners.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, sales support, or customer service is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Positive attitude and well-organised.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Campaign Planning

• Analyse the company's market segments through market research.
• Develop key concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Develop promotional tools and materials to support campaigns.
• Monitor key campaign activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on campaign communication materials, including posters, brochures, and signage.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness using surveys and other relevant tools.
• Plan PR activities such as product launches and roadshows according to timelines and budget requirements.
• Coordinate event logistics and venue setup.

Social Media Marketing

• Define social media marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Draft content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and evaluate effectiveness using relevant performance metrics.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Senai, Johor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
