Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proficient working experience.
• Professional certificates or Degree & above in Accounting or Finance.
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently.
• Language: Mandarin, English
• Working Hours : 5.5 days (Alternate WFH Saturday)
• Accounting software (Autocount).

Accounting Operations Oversight

• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment according to applicable standards.
• Supervise accounts department
• Submit bank reconciliation statements to management

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards according to Malaysia Law.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Oversee & execute internal audit.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strengthen corporate governance and financial control frameworks.

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Assess existing finance and accounting processes.
• Design and implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Establish best practices for financial management and reporting.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ulu Tiram: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
