Position: Retail Assistant (Cosmetics)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in choosing suitable beauty or skincare products.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle transactions — cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
• Restock shelves and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
• Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Support in promotions, product launches, and in-store activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries politely.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Basic sales or retail experience is an advantage (training provided).
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, friendly, and proactive in assisting customers.
