Location: Senai, Johor Bahru
Salary: Up to RM4,000

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
• 5.5 working days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production and finished products.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and reports.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and production processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in packaging, wooden products or related manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods and root cause analysis.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
