Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up production test facilities, test equipment, and production lines for initial line setup.
- Perform product testing according to approved test procedures and work instructions.
- Inspect product functionality and monitor testing processes and equipment performance.
- Conduct standard tests on various equipment and accurately record and analyze test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing and equipment-related issues to support smooth production.
- Monitor test equipment to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration.
- Work closely with related department, vendors, and customers to resolve testing issues when required.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, records, and relevant technical documentation.
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. With relevant testing or manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of testing equipment, troubleshooting, and technical procedures.
- Willing to work on a rolling shift pattern and be based in Senai, Johor.
- Salary paid twice monthly for better financial flexibility.
- Overtime paid in full compliance with Employment Act (up to 3.0x rate).
