About the job:

We are looking for a loving, responsible, and experienced Kindergarten Principal to lead our school. If you love working with young children, enjoy leading a team, and want to create a happy and safe learning space, we would love to meet you!

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Take care of the day-to-day running of the kindergarten.

- Guide and support teachers to give the best learning experience to children.

- Make sure the kindergarten follows all rules from the Ministry of Education and other authorities.

- Communicate well with teachers, parents, and children.

- Help plan school events and fun activities.

- Do basic office work using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other simple tools.

- Use English confidently when speaking and writing.

- Always bring new ideas and create a positive and fun environment at the school.

- Monitor and manage the kindergarten’s social media pages to keep parents updated and promote the school positively.

What We Need From You:

- Must have KAP (PERMATA) certification.

- Must have a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.

- Have at least 5 years of experience in managing or leading a kindergarten or preschool.

- Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

- Able to speak and write in English fluently.

- Kind, friendly, and passionate about children’s growth.

- Open to new ideas and willing to try creative ways to improve the school.

- Comfortable using and managing social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
