ABOUT THE ROLE:

Kinsajasa Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Preparer to support both offshore facilities and onshore plant operations. This role is central to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of on-site service activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing work packs, ensuring materials and information are ready, coordinating maintenance activities, and working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth work execution.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of work pack and ensuring all information is available to ensure smooth work completion.
• Preparation and ensuring that materials are available onsite ensuring smooth maintenance completion.
• Supporting and ensuring that materials are stages prior to execution of maintenance activities.
• Provide confirmation to WPSE that work is fully prepared before being scheduled.
• Provide Preparation related measures to WPSE for opportunities identification and action.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance works in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry.
• Valid Oil and Gas Safety (OGSP).
• Valid H2S OPITO Training Certificate.
• Valid CIDB Green Card.
• Valid Mercury Awareness Certificate.
• Valid Medical Certificate.
• Valid T-BOSIET Certificate.
