We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our team. If you have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Process supplier invoices, customer collections, payments, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepayment schedules.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve payment and collection issues.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business operations.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese will be an added advantage due to the nature of the role.
• Must be willing and able to work in Senawang.
