Requirements:

- Working experience: 2-3 years.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

- Experience in manufacturing accounts, product/production costing, and hands-on proficiency in AutoCount accounting software would be an added advantage.

- Basic practical knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoicing frameworks, and sale Tax regulations.

Key responsibilities:

1. AR & Billing:

Verifies billing/invoice data, monitors debts aging with Sales Department, ensures receipts from debtors are credited in the bank account and update the receipt in accounting system.

2. AP & Payments:

Matches supplier invoices against purchase orders, logs data into accounting system, monitors aging profiles, and schedule payments within credit terms.

3. Production & Inventory:

Review warehouse movements, reconciles production logs against daily job orders, tracks inventories stock-in & out and processes month end stock valuations.

4. General Ledger & Reporting:

Completes full-set monthly management account, reconciles bank accounts, manages foreign currency bank balances revaluation, processes journal adjustments (accruals, allocation, depreciation), and audits transaction postings, if any.

5. Audit, Tax & Statutory Filing:

Prepares complete audit schedules, make sure all supporting documents are readily available for vouching by the auditors, liaises with external auditors, drafting of audited financial statements, liaise with tax agent and ensure on time submission of statutory filing to the relevant authorities.

6. Treasury & Admin:

Handles routine bank correspondence and cash flow management.

Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Pay: From RM2,900.00 per month
