We are partnering a leading international food distribution organisation with a strong presence across Asia and other global markets. As the Hong Kong business continues to expand, the Finance function plays an increasingly important role in maintaining financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, improving working capital management, and providing timely financial visibility to the business and regional management.

While the focus of the role will be on Accounts Receivable / Billing Management, the ideal candidate should possess experience or be open to pick up the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations in a lean team structure. Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with stronger candidates demonstrating 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience across full-set accounting or multiple areas of accounting operations.
• Strong Accounts Receivable experience, including collections, credit assessment, customer reconciliation, bank receipts, and credit management.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting internal and/or external audits.
• Experience within trading, distribution, FMCG, food & beverage, wholesale, retail, logistics, or other transaction-heavy environments would be advantageous.
• Experience working within a multinational or regional organisation is preferred.
• Experience reporting to or working with a regional Finance function would be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP accounting systems is preferred.
