Wisely 98 Pte Ltd is seeking a professional Human Resources Executive to support daily HR operations, employee administration, recruitment, and staff-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist with employee relations and HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and support management requirements.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR administration or generalist HR.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
