Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Coordinate partnership campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage partner communications and ongoing activities.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare reports.
• Work with internal teams to deliver partnership projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and business results.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
