Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting the full employee lifecycle in a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Kinabalu. This includes handling HR operations such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll-related data, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies. The role involves managing employee relations by addressing inquiries, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with conflict resolution in a fair and confidential manner. The Human Resources Executive will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, support recruitment activities, coordinate training and development initiatives, and partner with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience with the full employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in HR Operations, such as employee data management, HR documentation, and process coordination.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices, with the ability to ensure consistent application.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with HR software or HRIS systems and proficiency in standard office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kota Kinabalu and maintain a professional, inclusive, and non-discriminatory approach in all HR activities.
