Professional Job Description

AFT Group is seeking a capable IT Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and maintain the company's IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will support employees, troubleshoot technical issues, manage IT equipment, and assist with the smooth operation of business technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, software, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment and applications.
• Provide first-line technical support to employees and respond to IT requests.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
• Monitor IT systems and assist with maintaining network and infrastructure reliability.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff or relevant vendors.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
• Good communication and customer-service abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
