Kuching Hiring! Full Time Assistant Operations Manager in Sarawak, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions:

· Overseeing and all outlets, stores, and supermarkets operation ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

· Communicate and liaising with the respective managers to provide necessary assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

· Ensure compliance with company SOP’s safety standards, and government regulations.

· Monitor sales, inventory, and staffing to optimize efficiency and meet targets.

· Implement strategies to enhance profitability, cost-saving measures and process improvements for better productivity.

· Provide training and support to resolve operational issues and maintain standards.

· Track and report on sales performance using KPIs to measure progress and adjust strategies.

· Conduct audits and prepare reports to track performance and compliance.

· Manage logistics, including stock replenishment, supplier coordination, and waste control.

· Handle crisis situations, such as equipment failures or staffing shortages, to minimize disruptions.

· Identify new business opportunity for further expansion.

· Prepare operational budget and suggestion for company undertakings.

· Working with Production team to achieve maximum customers’ satisfaction for all products.

· Uphold service quality by addressing customer complaints and ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements:

· At least Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or any related field.

· Minimum 10 years in operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, with retail industrial is an added advantage.

· Proven track record in process optimization.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Budget and resource allocation expertise.

· A strategic thinker and problem-solver with strong negotiation and analytical skills, adept at handling stress effectively.

· Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
