Hiring Personal Assistant (Senior) - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker

Location: Bercham, Perak
Salary: RM 4,000/month

Working Days:

• Monday – Saturday (6 days per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to management. The successful candidate will be required to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, coordinate schedules, and assist with various matters as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and personal support to management.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day tasks.
• Handle confidential information and matters professionally.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other arrangements.
• Assist management with follow ups and assigned tasks.
• Coordinate travel and outstation arrangements when required.
• Communicate and liaise with internal and external parties when necessary.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good command of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage, as the role requires communication with relevant parties.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
• Able to work independently and closely with management.
