Responsibilities
- Assist in developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ needs, including estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management.
- Support in conducting of sales and meeting sales targets.
- Support senior advisors by conducting research on market trends, securities law updates, and new investment opportunities.
- Contribute to portfolio management activities by analyzing asset allocations and monitoring investment performance.
- Help prepare client presentations and reports that clearly communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and professionalism.
- Participate in client meetings to observe relationship management techniques and learn effective communication strategies.
- Collaborate on cash management and banking operations to ensure seamless service delivery for high-net-worth clients.
- Gain exposure to financial software tools used for analysis, reporting, and customer relationship management (CRM), enhancing technical proficiency.
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a focus on finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest or coursework in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, or tax experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts such as investment management, risk assessment, and portfolio analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately and efficiently.
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools or financial software is preferred; experience with research or public accounting is a plus.
