Job Responsibilities :

1. Prepare space planning, layout plans and design proposals.
2. Conduct site measurements and site inspections.
3. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, detailed drawings and production/shop drawings.
4. Coordinate with clients, project team and production team throughout the project.
5. Ensure designs meet client requirements, functionality and project budget.
6. Assist in material selection and design presentations.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in Interior Design, Renovation, Carpentry or related field.
2. Diploma or above in Interior Design or related discipline is preferred.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
4. Knowledge of CorelDRAW, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop or other design software will be an added advantage.
5. Fast learner with positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
6. Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
