Green Future Biotech Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Pahang, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Location: MCKILP, Gebeng

Working hour: 5 days per week, 8.30am - 5.30pm

**OT will be given if working hours exceeded 45 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

- Conduct product demonstrations and sales meetings when required.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.

- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Previous sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Good time-management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to travel or meet customers when required.

- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.

- Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
