JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling

• Update and maintain the daily production schedule
• Arrange production lines to meet specific output goals
• Match planner order quantities exactly with customer loading requirements

2. Line Management and Monitoring

• Monitor production line outputs against set target goals
• Work with line leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery when issues arise
• Continuous improvement , identify bottlenecks to improve production efficiency

3. Quality Control

• Ensuring products meet company quality standards

4. Safety & Compliance

• Enforcing safety rules, PPE usage and clean workspaces (5S)

5. Manpower Management

• Managing operator attendance, shifts and basic training

6. Reporting

• Submitting daily output and wastage report

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering , Manufacturing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Familiar with line arrangement , ability of problem solving, machine trouble shooting, manpower control and meet delivery date.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Basic knowledge of 5S and safety requirement
