A leading retailer is looking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving business targets, managing store teams, and ensuring consistent operational standards across all assigned stores.

Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with 2–3 years in a Multi-Store / Area Manager / District Manager / Regional Manager capacity.
• Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, sportswear, lifestyle or other fast-moving retail environments is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple stores.
• Willing to travel regularly between assigned outlets.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
