JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Rigging and Lifting Operations

• Perform rigging activities on telecommunications infrastructure and equipment maintenance
• Inspect and Ensure loads are securely attached, balanced, and lifted safely.
• Assist in loading, unloading, transporting, and positioning telecommunications equipment at project sites.

2. Site Support

• Maintenance telecommunications infrastructure works such as replacement RRU, Antenna, connector and etc.
• Assist field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors during equipment measurement / testing and maintenance activities.
• Ensure lifting activities are conducted in accordance with approved Lift Plans and Risk Assessments (HIRARC/JSA).

3. Safety Compliance

• Comply with all Maxis HSE requirements, client safety rules, and statutory regulations.
• Stop any unsafe work or lifting activity that may endanger personnel, equipment, or property.
• Maintain proper housekeeping within the work area.
• Wear and maintain mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, damaged equipment, or defects immediately to the site supervisor.
