Full job description

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders carefully and make sure food and drinks are served on time
• Promote menu items and recommend special dishes to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
• Assist in inventory management
• Handle basic cashiering and POS transactions
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work together with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety rules, hygiene practices, and service standards.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Minimum SPM (or equivalent), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and customer service best practices.
• Strong communication and team work skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems.
