Job description:

An Electrical Engineer in manufacturing optimizes production systems to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability. They design equipment, analyze data, and manage thermal or electrical energy systems to meet production goals, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Optimization: Analyze and improve industrial processes for maximum energy efficiency, yield improvement, and cost reduction.

System Design: Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and design layouts for manufacturing equipment.

Energy Management: Monitor, analyze, and manage energy usage (thermal/electrical) in production, including utilities like steam and compressed air.

Equipment Maintenance: Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery, troubleshooting issues to reduce downtime.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: must 3–5 years in a manufacturing

Skills: Technical proficiency in simulation software, strong data analysis, troubleshooting skills, and project management capabilities.
