About the role

Oversee installation and setup of wrapping machines at production sites or customer locations. Conduct machine testing, calibration and commissioning to ensure machines operate according to required specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation and setup of wrapping machines at production sites or customer locations

• Conduct machine testing, calibration and commissioning

• Ensure machines operate according to required specifications and safety standards

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical issues on wrapping machines

• Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce machine downtime

• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, productivity and cost efficiency

• Prepare technical documentation, including machine manuals, maintenance procedures and reports

• Maintain records of machine modifications, repairs and performance

• Work with production, electrical engineers and quality teams to ensure smooth operation of wrapping machines

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related field

• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

• Able to work with teams across different time zones when required

• Proficient in both English and Mndarin (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
