Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Friendly, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must be punctual, reliable and committed to work.
- Food handling certificate and typhoid vaccination are an advantage / may be required according to company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.
- Take customer orders and ensure orders are prepared and served accurately.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation according to company standards.
- Handle cashier duties and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, equipment and dining area.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
- Replenish stocks and assist with inventory checking when required.
- Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the outlet team.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
