We're building a team of 10 elite appointment setters — and we want you in it. Everything is online: training, coaching, and daily work. No commute, no office. Just a laptop, a headset, and strong WiFi.

You'll connect with pre-qualified leads and book consultations for protection plans — accident, hospital, critical illness, and wealth planning. Simple.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to leads by phone and schedule consultations
• Keep our client database sharp and up to date
• Hit weekly appointment and call targets
• Join virtual coaching sessions (we invest in your growth)

What you bring:

• 'O' Levels and above
• 1+ year in telemarketing, sales support, or client-facing role
• Clear, confident phone manner
• Self-starter who likes hitting goals
• Singapore work authorization

What you get:

• $10–$12/hr base (experience matters)
• Performance bonuses on confirmed appointments
• Full training + one-on-one mentorship — all online
• Pick your own 4-hour blocks — Mon–Fri 9AM–9PM or Sat 9AM–6PM
• Minimum 16 hrs/week
• 6-month contract (renewable), part-time
