About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Studio Manager to lead daily operations and create an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. As part of our growing Pilates community, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth studio operations, supporting instructors, and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & People Management

• Inspire and lead a team of instructors and front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
  

Studio Operations & Administration

• Ensure efficient studio operations, including class scheduling, booking systems, and client management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.

• Monitor inventory and oversee sales of studio packages and merchandise.
  

Training & Development

• Provide ongoing support and training for instructors and front desk staff to help them excel in their roles.

• Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture.
  

Event & Community Management

• Plan and execute studio events, workshops, and community engagement activities.

• Support marketing initiatives and client engagement campaigns.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in fitness, wellness, or studio management (Pilates experience a plus).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient in studio management software and digital tools (e.g. Mindbody).

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on studio schedules and events.

• Passion for health, fitness, and the Pilates lifestyle.

Our well diversified instructors are both experienced and certified to tailor their classes to suit individuals' needs and fitness goals. We provide rehabilitation program for clients who have past injuries and concerns. We also caters Pilates for kids and young adults.

We are the Only studio in Singapore that caters to Full Pilates equipment access, including Cadillac, especially for Private Duet/Trio Classes for clients who wish to explore their potential in various equipment.

In 2024, Piladay extends its suite of services to build on its committment to the local Pilates scene. Piladay Academy (PLDA) serves as an educational institution focused on professionally developing aspiring Pilates instructors, operating in collaboration with Fonv Pilates, as the sole education center in Singapore. Recognizing the growing trend and lifestyle needs, individuals are groomed to become proficient in the art and science of Pilates, aligning with the globally recognised Fonv Pilates method to deliver high quality, sustainable pilates classes. This method equips instructors with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel on an international scale, ensuring they are well-prepared to make meaningful contributions to the Pilates community worldwide.
