We are a boutique marketing, sales, and business development consulting firm managed by two founding partners. We help companies optimize their go-to-market strategies, scale revenue pipelines, and dominate their industries. Operating as a lean, agile team of two, we move fast and think globally. We are looking for an ambitious, hungry fresher to work directly with the Managing Partner to scale our operations, drive global agency partnerships, and actively participate in high-stakes business development.

The Role
This is a front-row seat to the inner workings of a growth consultancy. You will not just be managing calendars; you will be learning the mechanics of B2B sales, cross-border marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships. This role blends operational management with high-growth business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Development & Revenue: Identify, research, and profile target corporate clients and brands globally. Draft highly personalized B2B outreach sequences (Email, LinkedIn) to book discovery calls. Assist in building high-conversion sales decks, marketing proposals, and commercial pitches. Attend sales calls alongside the Managing Partner to take strategic notes and manage post-call follow-ups.
• Expand Global Partnerships: Map out potential strategic partners, including international marketing agencies and distribution networks. Manage the end-to-end partner pipeline using our internal CRM tracking tools. Prepare detailed briefing documents on international prospects before partner meetings.
• Optimize Scale & Operations: Act as the strategic right-hand to the Managing Partner to streamline daily schedules and prioritize high-value tasks. Build out standardized operational playbooks (SOPs) to prepare our firm for future hiring. Coordinate directly with clients to ensure marketing and sales project deliverables are met on time.

Requirements

• Education: Open to Diploma or Degree holders (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field).
• Experience: 0–2 years. Fresh graduates with a massive appetite for sales, business growth, and marketing are highly encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Elite verbal and written English skills. You must be completely confident drafting copy that regional C-level executives will read.
• Mindset: Intensely proactive, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity. You do not wait for a checklist; you spot operational gaps and fill them independently.
• Tools: Familiarity with modern workspace software (e.g., Notion, HubSpot/CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, or AI prompt engineering) is a major advantage.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: SGD 1,800 per month + statutory Employer CPF contributions.
• Uncapped Performance Bonus: Direct commission percentages or profit-sharing on every new consulting client or global partnership deal you help bring in or manage.
