Must have experience operating FORKLIFT and REACH TRUCK and hold a valid forklift license.

80% Warehouse activities from incoming materials to processing including finished goods storage, delivery of finished goods, storage of finish good, storage packaging material, returned materials, warehousing organization and housekeeping.

20% To ensure timely and complete material preparation, effective housekeeping, and accurate racking inspections in a warehouse setting (particularly in alignment with Nestlé’s standards) it is essential to establish a structured workflow supported by comprehensive checklists and reporting systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Activities

1. Arranging all aspects of warehouse activities.

2. Follows what matters most in respect of People, Cost, Quality, Speed and Safety.

Reporting

1. Reporting to warehouse assistance on complex technical issues that cannot be easily resolved or require urgent solutions, such as those involving the customer Nestlé.

2. Reporting of maintenance issue of forklift and reach struck.

3. Ensure weekly update of forklift and reach truck service and maintenance.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

1. Follow SOP for all key processes including Finished Goods Storage, Incoming Materials, Finished Goods Delivery, Outgoing material.

2. Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) before entering the warehouse.

3. Follow SOP for handling forklift and reach truck.

People

1. Instill strict discipline and good work habits with good control on tardiness such as attendance and absence.

Cost

1. Manage productivity and efficiency in warehouse for a smooth operation and movement arrange material that result in minimum amount of Overtime work.

2. Maintenance Logs and Reporting for forklift and reach truck.

3. Ensure inventory accuracy is recorded and match the actual physical inventory count.

Quality

1. Ensure all incoming materials are inspected for quality and quantity upon arrival.

2. Ensure racking is in good condition and inspected weekly.

3. Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping warehouse will be done by daily and weekly

4. Ensure goods are properly loaded

Speed

1. On Time in Full (OTIF) that measures the number of finished goods deliveries made by the lorry driver upon the requested date, time, and quantity according to the customer

2. Ensuring On-Time Preparation for Dispatch Activity

3. Material handling and storage on time

Safety

1. Achieve accident-free accident forklift and reach truck

2. Follow safety protocols to protect employees and assets

3. Ensuring smooth receiving and dispatch activities, with safe loading and unloading

4. Safety observation reporting rate

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Must have experience operating Forklift and Reach Truck and hold a valid forklift license.

2. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures

3. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills for accurate record-keeping

4. Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the manual aspects of the role

5. Excellent communication and team work skills

6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,100.00 per month
