Klinik Bukit Serdang is seeking a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for stock & inventory management and panel/TPA administration, while supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain adequate levels of medicines, medical supplies, and clinic consumables.
• Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, check, arrange, and store incoming stock appropriately.
• Monitor stock expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock movement, wastage, and returns.
• Ensure the stock area is clean, organised, and properly maintained.

Panel / TPA Administration

• Handle panel and TPA-related administrative matters and documentation.
• Verify patient eligibility and panel coverage where required.
• Process panel/TPA claims, invoices, forms, and supporting documents accurately.
• Liaise with panel/TPA representatives regarding claims, documentation, and related matters.
• Maintain proper records and follow up on outstanding claims or administrative issues.
• Ensure panel/TPA procedures are carried out according to clinic requirements.
