Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and guidelines that ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry best practices
• Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages across the organisation
• Design and deliver training and development programmes to support employee skill enhancement and career progression
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organisation has the right talent in place to meet current and future operational needs
• Maintain accurate HR records, manage HR systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on organisational restructuring, change management and talent retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and internal policies across all HR functions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a generalist or consulting HR role
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, including experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
• Proficiency in HR information systems, payroll administration and database management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in managing complex employee relations situations with diplomacy and discretion
• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes or developing talent management strategies
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
