About the Role

Delima Kinta is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and business functions.
• Provide regular business development updates and reports to management.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
• Travel when required for client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, commercial, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client relationship and networking skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations, with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Candidates with key account management or team management experience will have an advantage.
