About the Role

Pullman Kuching is looking for an F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support the outlet management team in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a high standard of service to our guests.

You will supervise the F&B team during service, ensure guest satisfaction, and help maintain the outlet's service, hygiene, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager with daily F&B operations.
• Supervise and guide the F&B team during service.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service at the assigned outlet.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure the team follows service standards and hotel procedures.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Assist with stock checking, inventory, and beverage requisitions.
• Ensure proper use of POS systems and accurate order handling.
• Support F&B promotions, events, and special functions.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards are followed.
• Communicate operational issues to the Outlet Manager and assist with follow-up actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only, with preference given to local Sarawakian candidates.

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
