Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for corporate events, group bookings, school programmes, birthday parties, team-building activities, and private functions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, associations, clubs, and community groups.
• Follow up on enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Plan and coordinate bowling competitions, leagues, tournaments, corporate events, and group activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
• Develop new business opportunities and encourage repeat business from existing clients.
• Monitor sales performance, bookings, and client accounts.
• Travel within the region when required to support events, competitions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, outgoing, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Good organisational and event coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required for events and competitions.
• Experience in sales, events, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or leisure is an advantage.
• Interest in bowling or sports events is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
