Feel Fresh is a fast-growing Singapore oral care DTC brand looking for a full-time E-Commerce Executive to own platform operations, fulfilment, and inventory across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and our website.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage listing SEO, product images, and A+ content refresh across platforms monthly

- Own order fulfilment and warehouse oversight daily — the buck stops with you if something doesn't ship

- Maintain website product pages, offers, and landing pages alongside the founder

- Handle inventory forecasting and supplier PO planning, factoring in China lead times

- Manage returns and 1-year warranty operations as order volume grows

- Run post-purchase review generation flows (asks, inserts)

- Sync offers and inventory for TikTok Shop weekly, working with the founder

- Support TikTok livestream scheduling and logistics alongside our Content team

- Manage our Ops VA and keep their workflow on track

- Own reordering and shipment logistics with the founder

What we're looking for:

- 1-3 years in e-commerce operations, ideally with Shopee and/or TikTok Shop experience

- Comfortable owning inventory numbers and supplier timelines — this isn't a "wait to be told" role

- Detail-oriented enough to catch fulfilment issues before customers do

- Some exposure to warehouse or logistics coordination is a plus

- Basic comfort with data (tracking stock levels, sales velocity, reorder points)

Full-time, based in Singapore.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
