Summary:

Conduct vehicle inspections, delivery, collection, shuttling, and exchange activities while ensuring proper documentation, SOP compliance, repair coordination, and operational support to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Job Scope:

1. SOP Compliance & Safety

• Ensure daily operations follow company SOPs, policies, and safety requirements.
• Complete required operational checklists and documents (e.g. VCL Checklist, PDI Checklist, CMR, Indemnity Form, Work Order).
• Comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe handling of vehicles and follow road safety guidelines at all times.

2. Vehicle & Fleet Management

• Support daily vehicle operations, including vehicle delivery, collection, exchange, shuttling, check-in/check-out, and PUSPAKOM inspection activities.
• Manage vehicle inventory and availability to meet operational demand and optimize fleet utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, damage control, repairs, inspections, and related appointments.
• Ensure vehicles are properly handled, maintained, and returned in good condition.
• Deliver and collect vehicles to/from KLIA1, KLIA2, KL, and other branches as required.
• Provide roadside assistance and vehicle rescue support within nearby areas when required.
• Support emergency situations and vehicle breakdowns, providing timely assistance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Operate the CarPro system and prepare accurate rental agreements and related documentation.
• Maintain and update the daily vehicle availability list and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other vehicle and fleet-related duties as assigned.

3. Customer & Internal Communication

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide timely updates and coordinate vehicle-related activities.
• Support smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

4. Operational Support & Service Quality

• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and improving service quality.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.

5. Documentations & Compliance

• Complete and manage necessary paperwork, including checklist forms, in compliance with SOPs.
• Explain insurance coverage and optional add-ons to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and local laws.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any relevant field.
• At least 3-5 year working experience, with good knowledge of vehicle operations, fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and rental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Must possess own transport and have valid clear driving license D
