Job description

• Quality Control – Supervise incoming, in-process and final inspection activities to ensure products meet specified quality requirements.
• Daily QA/QC Operations – Monitor daily QA/QC activities and ensure inspections are carried out according to established procedures and standards.
• Non-Conformance – Identify, record and follow up on non-conforming products and processes, including NCR and corrective actions.
• Quality Improvement – Support quality improvement activities to reduce defects, rejection, scrap and rework.
• Supplier Quality – Monitor incoming material quality and work with Purchasing and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Quality Documentation – Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, checklists, NCR records and other relevant quality documents.
• QA/QC Team Supervision – Supervise, guide and train QA/QC personnel to ensure effective daily quality operations.
• Quality System & Audit Support – Support the implementation of QMS requirements and assist in internal, customer and external audits.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in inspection, quality control and problem solving is preferred.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred and willing to accept a 6-day work week are greatly appreciated.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
