Job description

• Warehouse Operations - Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, issuing and dispatching of materials and products.
• Inventory Control - Monitor stock levels, inventory movement and stock accuracy to ensure proper inventory control.
• Receiving & Issuing - Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are properly checked, recorded and handled according to company procedures.
• Stock Taking & Cycle Count - Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
• Warehouse Organization - Ensure proper arrangement, identification and storage of materials to maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse.
• Team Supervision - Supervise, guide and train warehouse personnel to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• System & Documentation - Ensure warehouse transactions, inventory records, delivery documents and other relevant documentation are accurately maintained.
• Material Handling - Ensure materials are handled, stored and transferred safely to prevent damage, loss or incorrect handling.
• Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth operations.
• Problem Solving - Identify warehouse and inventory issues and follow up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Continuous Improvement - Support improvement activities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and overall warehouse operations.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred, while automotive manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and team supervision.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred and willing to accept a 6-day work week are greatly appreciated.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
