Job Description:

• Responsible to handle and complete the project within the pre-determined cost & time
• Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance
• Prepare daily activities planning & programming
• Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants and Local Authorities.
• Coordinate project with consultants & authorities.
• Familiar with project coordination and site administration processes.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel or attend project sites when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project or similar project management software is an advantage.
• Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.
• Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in equipment repair and maintenance-
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
