Job description:

• Prepare or revise inspection drawing for new products and improved products according to the part drawing provided by the designer.
• Coordinate and verify First Article Inspection and Test for new products and improved products.
• Conduct and monitor product testing according to the product standard or customer’s requirements which may include salt spray test, performance/endurance test, etc.
• Interpret test result and prepare test report for approval.
• Ensure the product test room cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
• Ensure all the QA test equipment are properly handled and maintained.
• Monitor, coordinate and conduct calibration for all measurement equipments.
• Initiate investigation on customer complaint, identify the root cause of the problem and propose corrective action for quality control improvement.
• Assist in reviewing daily QC inspection report and defective report
• Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in QA in related metal fabrication industry.
• Familiar with QA functions, troubleshooting, statistical techniques, ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in CAD (Auto-CAD, draft-sight) and solid-work.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent.
• Good command of Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia both in verbal and written is an added advantages.
