JOB DESCRIPTION

• Enter, update, and track all hearing dates, mention dates, deadlines, and reminders in the lawyers’ diaries and case management systems.
• Assist in prepare and submit cause papers and court documents via the e-Filing system, ensuring proper format, accuracy, and compliance with court rules.
• Use e-Denning system to update case status, store documents, and manage internal workflows.
• Upload, organise, and maintain documents in RDNAS for easy access by the litigation team.
• Check incoming emails regularly, sort them, and forward or highlight important matters to lawyers promptly.
• Prepare, serve, file, and compile litigation documents including cause papers, affidavits, bundles, and correspondence. Maintain organised physical and digital case files.
• Attend to clients professionally in the absence of lawyers, including basic inquiries, document collection, and facilitating communication.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in litigation work is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with court procedures and court e-Filing (preferred).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive working attitude and good teamwork.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
