MARKETING OFFICER
Purpose: Drive brand visibility, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent, engaging communication across digital and offline channels.
IN BRIEF:
The Marketing Officer supports the company’s marketing and communication efforts across digital platforms, events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. This role blends creativity with operational discipline — ensuring that brand messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with commercial objectives.
PERFORMANCE & IMPACT SCOPE:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and publish marketing content across web, social media, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and post‑campaign reporting.
- Support product marketing: brochures, spec sheets, launch materials, and sales enablement assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Assist in managing corporate website updates, product pages, and digital assets.
- Prepare marketing analytics reports (traffic, engagement, lead performance).
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment.
- Support events, exhibitions, and trade shows with marketing materials and coordination.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors for creative or technical deliverables.
- Contribute to marketing SOPs, documentation, and process improvements.
Drive Digital Growth
- Support digital campaigns across social, email, and web — from idea to execution — applying principles to craft smoother journeys, clearer messages, and more meaningful user experiences.
- Help shape SEO improvements, keyword strategies, and content updates.
- Track what’s working (and what’s not) using analytics tools, combining marketing instincts with technical problem‑solving to decode data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Turn insights into small experiments that lead to big wins.
High-Impact Communications
- Develop visuals, banners, and digital assets that are both creatively compelling and technically optimized for responsiveness, load performance, and multi‑device compatibility.
- Write and refine copy for web, social, and campaigns using UX principles, A/B learnings, and an understanding of how content interacts with front‑end structures.
- Strengthen digital brand consistency by aligning tone, visuals, and interaction patterns, ensuring every asset feels human, cohesive, and technically sound across the ecosystem.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing and communication skills; able to craft clear, engaging messaging.
- Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools (social platforms, CMS, analytics).
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
- Good project coordination and follow‑through.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
- Creative thinking paired with operational discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Diploma, minimum
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience may be considered.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
