• Carry out installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Perform PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance) according to the scheduled maintenance plan.
• Attend to BD (Breakdown Maintenance) and troubleshoot air conditioning system failures.
• Conduct regular inspection of indoor units, outdoor units and related systems.
• Perform general cleaning, chemical cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning units.
• Check refrigerant pressure, carry out vacuuming, gas charging and leak testing when required.
• Inspect and repair electrical and mechanical components such as compressors, capacitors, fan motors, blowers, thermostats and wiring.
• Identify the root cause of equipment faults and carry out the necessary repair works.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out according to SOPs and safety procedures.
• Conduct operational checks after maintenance or repair to ensure the system is functioning properly.
• Prepare and maintain PPM and BD maintenance reports and service records.
• Ensure the work area is clean, safe and properly maintained after completing the job.

Requirement : Candidates with a recognized Air Conditioning & Refrigeration certificate or relevant technical qualification are preferred.
