Job Scope:

1. Oversee all aspects of project management, including civil, structural, and geotechnical works.

2. Supervise site staff and maintain strong communication between clients, contractors, and local authorities.

3. Prepare progress and financial reports, evaluate contractor claims, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

4. Maintain organized project documentation, conduct random quality checks, and monitor construction progress.

5. Manage liaison with authorities such as SESB, TM, JKR, and others.

6. Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and health requirements on-site.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution

2. Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM)

3. Minimum 3 years work experience in site supervision

4. Ability to manage teams, coordinate with contractors, and maintain effective communication with clients and authorities.

5. Excellent technical site & analytical skills

6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
