Job Description

We are looking for confident, proactive and sales-driven Freelance Sales Assistants to promote our products, generate sales and support the company at exhibitions when required.

Product knowledge and sales guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers.

- Introduce and explain our products clearly.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Respond to sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

- Assist customers with orders and related enquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales.

- Work towards agreed sales targets.

- Assist with booth preparation and sales activities during exhibitions.

- Engage with exhibition visitors and conduct product demonstrations.

- Follow up with leads collected from exhibitions.

- Represent the company professionally.

Requirements

- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

- Strong sales mindset and willingness to approach potential customers.

- Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven.

- Able to work independently and follow up consistently.

- Willing to learn about the company’s products.

- Available to assist at exhibitions when required, including selected weekends.

- Willing to travel to exhibition venues when necessary.

- Previous sales, promoter, exhibition or customer service experience is an advantage.

- Possession of own transportation is an advantage.

Commission

- Commission-based freelance arrangement with no fixed basic salary.

- Commission applies to qualifying net collected sales personally generated by the freelancer.

- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid or unverified sales will not qualify.

- The commission structure and payment schedule will be explained to shortlisted candidates.
