The Kuala Lumpur Jockey Club is looking for a Member Relations & Club Operations Executive to support the daily operations of the club while delivering professional, personalised and high-quality service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to members, VIP guests and invited visitors
• Build strong member relationships and understand individual service preferences
• Support day-to-day club operations and front-of-house coordination
• Assist with private dinners, member events, meetings and special functions
• Coordinate with food & beverage, housekeeping, security and other service teams
• Maintain membership records and provide administrative support
• Handle member requests, feedback and service matters professionally

Required Skills

• Experience in hospitality, private clubs, luxury dining, aviation, guest relations or customer service
• Experience serving VIPs, high-net-worth individuals or senior executives is an advantage
• Fluent Mandarin with good English communication skills
• Professional, well-presented and service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and discretion
• Willing to work flexible hours when required, including selected weekends and special events
